About The Belle

The Belle Theatre is a 501(c)3 non-profit performing arts center in the heart of Cape Coral. We strive to provide quality live entertainment featuring local artists as well as educational programming for all ages. Our mainstage season features full-scale musicals and plays including classics, new works and some of Broadway’s biggest hits. Education programming includes productions and workshops for young artists, classes and workshops for adults and specialty workshops for all ages! When our stage isn’t filled with full-scale productions or our students' work, we offer concerts and other special events like open mic nights, karaoke and other fun community activities!

Our Story

Founded by Cape Coral native, Tyler Young, The Belle is named after Tyler’s late grandmother, Belmira Young, known as Belle to those who knew her best. “My Nana was always in the audience whether I was onstage, backstage or directing she was always there supporting me”. Tyler has been involved in theatre since he was 7 years old, so opening The Belle in Spring 2022 was a dream come true.
